I am extremely passionate about my vocation and helping my patients through their journey. I have a strong focus on a patient-centred model of care and using the best in available technology and resources to achieve optimal outcomes for my patients. I have a strong focus on good communication, explaining complex information and procedures well so that patients feel empowered to make the best decisions for themselves.

• Robotic Urologic Surgery – including robotic prostatectomy, robotic partial nephrectomy
• Prostate cancer – diagnosis, risk assessment and treatment
• Prostate MRI expert, targeted prostate biopsy with the Artemis™ system
• Kidney cancer
• Bladder cancer
• Laparoscopic Surgery – nephrectomy, pyeloplasty
• Stone surgery, ureteroscopy, PCNL, complex stone surgery
• BPH, scrotal conditions, vasectomy

• MB ChB, PhD (Prostate Cancer Molecular Biology, QUT Brisbane) FRACS (Urol)

• Princess Alexandra Hospital Brisbane – Fellowship in Laparoscopic Urology and Donor Nephrectomy
• OLVZ, Aalst, Belgium – 1 year Fellowship in Robotic Surgery under Prof Alex Mottrie, Chair of the European Robotic Urology Section

• Over 25 peer-reviewed publications in prostate MRI and prostate cancer
• First published trial comparing standard TRUS prostate biopsy vs in-bore MRI guided biopsy, 2014
