Rachel Conway
I am a New Zealand trained dietitian with over ten years of specialised dietetic experience. Since finishing my post graduate dietetics training from the University of Otago, I have worked across a range of health care systems in New Zealand and the UK.
I am passionate about providing high quality, evidence-based nutritional care to people living with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, eosinophilic oesophagitis, coeliac disease, fatty liver disease and those undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
